Welcome to our restaurant, where we specialize in authentic Chinese cuisine prepared by stewing in soy sauce and spices, known as lo mei.
Jingwu Duck Neck is a traditional snack in Wuhan, Hubei Province, named after Jingwu Road in Hankou. Jingwu Duck Neck is an improved Sichuan marinade recipe used on duck necks, with Sichuan spicy style, its aroma, taste stimulation, fresh and delicious, so it quickly became a famous snack loved by Wuhan people.
Our menu features a wide array of unique delicacies, including lo mei duck necks, heads, tongues, wings, and paws. We also offer savory options like pig's feet, ears, tripe, and intestines, as well as chicken gizzards, livers, hearts, claws, and racks. For beef enthusiasts, we serve tender beef and beef tendons. Beyond our signature lo mei dishes, we provide a selection of dumplings and buns with various fillings. Additionally, we are proud to serve Wuhan's famous hot dry noodles, as well as other staples like hot and sour noodles and lo mei rice.
